Aera Investments is a local property rental company with three major rental properties in town – one with townhouses, one with apartments, and a third with storage lockers.
They needed a brand new website that would feature their properties and units and allow potential renters to find information online.
We also added the ability to apply online – the better to catch potential renters right away, as soon as they visit the site.
The new site allows for searching for properties and units, which makes it very scalable, as they add new properties in the future. It’s lovely and inviting and makes you want to find a home with them.
