I build websites for self-published authors, freelancers and small businesses.

My best work is for entrepreneurs who have been growing their business for a while, and find that their beginner website isn’t cutting it anymore.

I specialize in adding high-end features to company sites that want to offer their clients a little extra support. This might include an online shop, a wayfaring system, online applications, membership sites, and more. I can provide great functionality while keeping your site looking good and performing well, too.

But I’m also happy to work with beginner businesses who are dreaming of growing big. I can explain the future possibilities for your site and make sure the framework is in place for any future growth.

A key element of my design strategy is that I build the site, and then teach you how to use it and update it yourself. I’m always around if you need me, but I want my clients to feel like they are the owners of their own site and are welcome to work with it as they wish. I do not lock my clients into maintenance contracts or withhold the keys to the back end – we are partners, working as a team.

All of my websites are set up for advanced SEO, and come with additional security features that will help keep your site stable and safe.

I understand your goals and can explain everything that needs to be done in a sensible, direct, easy-to-understand way. I’ll walk you through the redesign process with minimal downtime to your existing site. When it’s ready to go live, I’ll be there with training or documentation to explain every corner of the site functionality to you, so you can keep on managing it yourself.

I’ve been running my own web development company for almost a decade. I have extensive experience developing websites on the WordPress platform. If WordPress can do it, chances are I’ve done it!
